Agency Management Executive – General Insurance

Job Descriptions

 

To manage the Agency Sales Force

Conduct recruitment and interview of agents

Maintain the database of the agency sales force

Organise activities and training programme for the agents

Assist the Agency & Personal Lines, HOD in the smooth running of the Dept.

Maintain close rapport and open communication with the Agency Sales Force.

 

Requirements

 

Degree / Diploma / ACII / AAII qualifications

CGI/HI or relevant insurance qualifications

Min 3 years working experience with General Insurance Agents

Have some working knowledge on General Insurance Agents Registration Regulations (GIARR)

 

*Salary will commensurate with qualifications and experience.
