Motor Claims Senior / Executive

Job Descriptions

 

Setting reserves for new claims

Handling & processing overall motor claims, third party claims and third party bodily injury claims

Assigning Surveyors & Investigators when necessary.

Supervising junior staff.

Attending queries from junior staff.

Attending to walk-in claimants when necessary.

Approving payment within authority limit.

Reviewing of files.

Checking & signing payment vouchers.

Requirements

Degree / Diploma or ACII / AAII qualifications

CGI/HI or relevant insurance qualifications

 

Min 2 years relevant working experience

Good interpersonal, communication, presentation & negotiation skills

Able to work independently and interact with people of all levels.

Team player and customer oriented

Conversant with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Words & PowerPoint)

 

*Salary will commensurate with qualifications and experience.
