Accounts Executive – Insurance

Job Descriptions

 

Check and process payments for office expenses and staff claims

 

Prepare expenses report and fixed assets register

 

Manage insurer payments and client refunds

 

Perform insurer reconciliation

 

Assist in quarterly MAS reporting

 

Work closely with and report directly to the Accountant

 

Requirements

 

Diploma in Accounting or equivalent with at least 2 to 3 years’ relevant working experience

 

Proficiency in MS applications such as MS Word and Excel

 

Highly motivated and capable of working on multiple tasks

 

Ability to work independently as well as in a team

 

Ability to work under pressure in a fast pace environment

 

Salary : $2,500/- to $4,000/-
