Job Descriptions

• Manage existing client portfolio – Individual, SME and Corporate clients;

• Assist in sourcing for quotations, preparing quotations and placing risks for new policy;

• Handle renewals processing;

• Arrange insurance cover on general classes such as property, theft, personal accidents, liability, motor, bond, travel, marine hull, cargo, inland transits and etc on an ad-hoc or annual basis;

• Administrative support on a daily basis such as policy checking /filing / system updating;

• Handle billings and phone/email enquiries from clients;

• Liaison with the insurance companies on policy matters, including delivery of documents on a timely basis;

• Responsible for generating growth from existing accounts and new products initiative;

• Accountability of budget performance assigned;

• Assist Manager on ad-hoc projects.

Requirements

• Degree / Diploma / ACII / AAII qualifications or equivalent

• At least 2 to 5 years relevant experience in General Insurance or Marine

• An independent worker as well as a good team player who is resourceful and takes initiative
