Liaise with policyholders, intermediaries, investigators, surveyors, adjusters, lawyers, 3^rd party claimants, subsidiary companies and etc.

Manage and process claims expeditiously, professionally and equitably within agreed service benchmarks or applicable protocols

Ensure reserves are provided or updated in a timely and realistic manner

Add value to underwriters by advising underwriters on issues discovered during claims handling such as due to gap in policy wording and on risk improvement

Visit clients’ offices as and when required

Periodic review of files, as and when required

Ensure recovery claims are pursued and followed up periodically

Any other duty or assignment as and when instructed by the superior.

Requirements

Degree / Diploma or ACII / AAII qualifications

CGI/HI or relevant insurance qualifications

Min 2 years relevant working experience

Good interpersonal, communication, presentation & negotiation skills

Able to work independently and interact with people of all levels.

Team player and customer oriented

Conversant with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Words & PowerPoint)
