Property & Casualty Claims – Senior / Executive (2 positions)

Job Descriptions


• Deal with all classes of Property & Casualty claims


• Screen the mails & faxes relating to accounts under care and filter down to the respective clerks for necessary action


• Assign adjusters for claims notified and liaise with adjusters on specific requirements

• Instruct support staff on reserve provision and registration requirements and verify data entries for files set up by supporting staff

• Deal with correspondence and handle telephone inquiries

• Approve settlement within authority limits given

• Advise clerks on claims with technical difficulties

• Assist Head of Department (HOD) on big claims handling

• Assist HOD to handle and administer cash calls

• Render support on claims service by making visitations to corporate clients together with marketing staff

• Reporting on claims statistics

Requirements

• Degree / Diploma / ACII / ANZII or equivalent

• At least 3 to 5 years relevant experience in Property & Casualty claims

• Independent, resourceful and have attention to details

• Possess good interpersonal and communications skills

• Able to multi-task, and is a team player

 

*Salary will commensurate with qualifications and experience.
