Support Executive / Analyst

Job Descriptions

 

Provides day-to-day servicing and analytical support to the benefits consultants;

 

Manages enrolment and underwriting data

 

Participates in financial reviews of renewals, marketing plans, valuations, and cost estimates for the client proposals.

 

Works with the clients and carriers to gather data and conduct primary research for the client plans and special projects.

 

Prepares financial statistics for consultants.

 

Coordinates marketing plans and the preparation of bid specifications.

 

Conducts interpretive analysis to develop potential solutions/alternatives. Performs routine calculations and report filings.

 

Assists Benefits consultants with the data gathering process to develop plan design, funding and administrative alternatives.

 

Prepares summaries of insurance and benefit directories.

 

Visits client sites for direct employee interaction

 

Daily interactions with vendors

 

Requirements

 

Possess GCE ‘A’ levels/Diploma and the relevant HI/CGI with at least 2-3 years of broking experience

 

Insurance-related qualifications i.e. CLI, CGI, HI, M5 or M9 are essential

 

Good communication skills and a pleasant personality

 

Independent with good inter personal skills

 

Able to multi-task, and is a team player

 

Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

 

Salary : $3,000/- to $4,500/-
